  • Built the product and backend around live market evaluation, rule-based discovery, historical research, and alert delivery.
  • Moved backtests onto saved market data so historical analysis could no longer delay time-sensitive alerts.
  • Redesigned token evaluation after live updates began straining the database, skipping unchanged work and storing only meaningful updates.

  • Built an AI-assisted support platform with OpenHands to ingest, classify, and route tickets and connect coding workflows to GitHub repositories.
  • The support platform saved each support engineer about four hours a day after launch.
  • Led a feature that analyzed Apple App Store and Google Play reviews to identify sentiment and recurring product issues.
  • Built embedded QuickSight reports and their supporting data tables, and contributed to the Chakra UI design system.

  • Designed event-driven processing across Amazon SQS, ECS, S3, and SWF, with documented APIs in Swagger.
